How Does the Wash & Fold Service Work?
- You prepare your items for drop off

How to Prepare Items for Drop Off
- Check your pockets
- Shake off excessively dirty items
- Unball socks and turn right-side out
- Separate large items/bedding from clothing
- Sort if you have preferences
- Want whites washed separately? Toss them in a labeled bag
- Have delicates or “hang dry only” items? Group them together
- Separate and point out any stains you'd like treated
- The sooner the stains are pretreated, the better. We will try our best to get them out.
- Communicate preferences to staff
What Can't You Wash?
We cannot accept biohazardous items (blood, vomit, urine, feces, other bodily fluids) or poison oak. Dry clean only items, wool, fine clothing, large rugs should not be put through Wash & Fold service.
How Long Does it Take to Get My Laundry Back?
Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Large orders may require more time. We also offer same-day service for an additional fee (time permitting).
What Kind of Detergent Do You Use?
We offer unscented or scented options. Feel free to bring in your own detergent if you want something specific.
Do You Handwash or Dry Clean Items?
We do not have the capacity to offer handwash or dry clean services.
Do You Offer Mending Services?
We do not offer mending services.
Do You Offer Pick-Up and Delivery Services?
We do not currently offer pick-up and delivery services, but we're always looking for ways to improve our services and may offer this in the future.
What Happens if I Do Not Pick Up My Laundry?
Wash & Fold orders not picked up within 7 days of drop off are subject to a $0.25/lb per day storage fee. Orders not picked up within 14 days of drop off will be considered abandoned and will be donated to charity.
