How does the Drop Off, Wash, and Fold service work?
It's simple! You bring your laundry in bags or baskets. Drop it off in the store. We'll wash, dry, fold, and bag it neatly. We'll weigh it after it's dry and we charge by the pound. We'll text you when it's ready. You stop in anytime and pick it up.
What kind of items can I drop off for the service?
We accept all kinds of items, including clothing, towels, bedding, and more. If you have any questions about specific items, feel free to ask.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We use scentless, high-quality, eco-friendly detergents to make sure your clothes get clean, without irritating your skin.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours, but we also offer same-day service for an additional fee.
How do you handle special requests?
We're happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Just let us know what you need and we'll do our best to make it happen.
What happens if I'm not happy with the quality of my laundry?
We'll fix it. Just let us know what went wrong and we'll work with you until we find a solution. We've seen a lot in our 40+ years of business, so we can usually fix our problems.
What are your rates?
Our standard rate is $2.50 per pound and fluctuates for special cases and commercial accounts.
Do I need to separate my clothes before dropping them off?
No, you don't need to separate your clothes. We'll take care of sorting them for you.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
We do not currently offer pick-up and delivery services, but we're always looking for ways to improve our services and may offer this in the future.
What happens if I forget to pick up my laundry?
If you forget laundry in a washer or dryer, we'll hold it for a week.
If you're using the app, we'll message you and tell you that your forgot clothes.
If we can't find the owner and it's been over a week then we donate clothes to Good Will.
